The register
Every site that holds the GSERP mark will be listed on swomi.ai, with the evidence behind its mark. Nothing is listed yet.
0 sites listed
No site holds the GSERP mark yet. The register opens on swomi.ai together with the free check. Until then, a GSERP mark shown on any site is not genuine: please report it to support@swomi.com.
1 What the register is for
The register is the record of every GSERP mark. A mark is genuine only when the register lists it as current, on its verification page on swomi.ai. A mark on a site that the register does not list, or lists as withdrawn, is not genuine, and displaying a trust mark without the authorisation it needs is a practice EU law bans in all circumstances.[1] gserp.co publishes the standard and the rules; it lists no sites.
2 What each entry will show
| Field | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Site | The domain the mark was granted for. One mark covers one site. |
| Mark id | A unique identifier, also in the address of the mark's verification page. |
| Status | Current or withdrawn. There is no other state. |
| Version | The GSERP version and checker version the site was tested against, such as GSERP 0.1 (checker 0.1.1), linked to that version's text on gserp.co. |
| Dates | The date of the check behind the mark, the date of the last re-check, and the date the next is due. Only dates of checks that actually ran. |
| Scope | The criteria that were tested, the advice the site was given, and what GSERP does not test. |
| History | When the mark was granted, every re-check, and any withdrawal with the ids of the criteria that failed. |
| Run by Swomi | Whether Swomi runs the site, so that Swomi's ties are visible (independence). |
3 Withdrawn marks stay listed
A withdrawn mark is not deleted. Its entry stays in the register, marked withdrawn, with the date and the reason, so that the record of removals is as public as the record of grants.
4 Totals
The register will publish running totals of marks granted, current and withdrawn.
5 If a mark is not in the register
Tell Swomi at support@swomi.com, with the site's address. Swomi asks the site to take the mark down, and the complaint is recorded (complaints and appeals).
